Business Sales Executive
Business Sales Executives should be responsible for negotiating sales, costs, deliveries and specifications with buyers and business executives.
Other duties and responsibilities include:
- Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies.
- Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers.
- Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs.
- Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase.
- Advising product developers on improvements to include in forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure.
- Inspecting inventory in stock and the quality of the product on display.
- Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.
- To liaise with shipping companies to track the progress of orders.
- Research and identify sales leads/ potential clients through visits, online as well as using social media to identify new opportunities.
- Demonstrate the benefits of purchasing stock through Sunway Lighting & Home UK Ltd instead of other remarketing channels.
- Contacting potential clients via email, Phone, text to establish rapport and set up new accounts.
- Opening of Buyer accounts and encouraging purchasing both physical and online.
- Identifying key decision makers within in the business and updating our system with contact information.
- Negotiating terms by phone, email and in person.
- Maintaining and growing new clients to gain maximum sales/purchase volume.
