Multi-skilled & Sales Assistant
- Capacity to executive all task including sales/maintenance/handyman task & able to fulfil multiple task as required by the company from time to time
- Scanning, photocopying and filing documents
- Arranging for meetings by reserving rooms and securing refreshments
- Maintaining office equipment for smooth office functionality
- Receiving clients when they arrive and showing them the respective offices/products
- Conducting research and compiling data upon request
- Managing office supplies, including refreshments
- Opening, sorting and distributing mail and faxes
- Scheduling travel arrangements for office senior executive
- Creating, editing and updating spreadsheets
- Light accounting duties
- Preparing documents such as invoices, memos and financial statements if required
- Administration support and general administrative tasks
- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks
- Repairs: Fixing minor issues like light sockets, doors, and fixtures
- Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance in office
- Installation: Installing safety equipment or furniture
- Cleaning: shared spaces, or walkways
- Landscaping: Performing routine landscaping, office surrounding and yard care
- Inventory: Monitoring inventory and ordering general supplies
- Conducting safety checks on equipment and facilities
- Reporting problems to a manager
- To be able to use a variety of hand and power tools.
- To be able to resolve basic maintenance issues on their own
- To resolve basic problems such as installing new taps, sinks and toilets, and repairing leaks
- Administration support and general administrative tasks

- Painting walls and ceilings, touching up skirting boards and door frames, sanding floors and other wooden surfaces
- Installing cabinets, doors, countertops and flooring including tiles, carpets or other hardwood and laminate including damaged window frames.
- Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, bushes and trees, weeding, watering flower beds and repairing border walls and fences
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills will be added advantage
- Self-motivation and a keen desire to deliver self growth
